Anyone else adore the gorgeous yet simple look that pin-up girls are known for?
Several weeks ago I saw the movie Burlesque (yes, for the first time.. shame on me) and I couldn't get over Christina Aguilera's makeup.. that woman wears a red lip like nobody's business! Contrary to my bringing that up, this look wasn't based off of the movie or Christina's look. She popped into my head quite a bit while doing it but it wasn't inspired or referenced from her look.
For this look, I patted Foxy across my entire lid for an even base color. Then, I blended Tease into my crease along with a medium brown from the Coastal Scents palette. I applied White Lie on the inner corner and center of my lid and Bootycall on the inner corner as well as under my brow bone for a highlight. Finally, I applied mascara and false lashes and White on my lower lash line.
