September: PCOS Awareness Month

I saw on Traci's blog that she had done a post to help spread PCOS Awareness along with other fellow bloggers.
(Post Here)
The colors of PCOS Awareness are Teal and White.

I really wanted to do a nail design for this after reading Traci's post because my sister has something similar to this and recently had to get a hysterectomy.
(She has endometriosis and has dealt with many ovarian cysts)
I wasn't aware of this particular syndrome, as Traci said, until reading about it in her post.

    1. Thanks, Jayne. Yeah, it's been hard for her but I'd say she's handling it pretty darn well.
My mom actually wants to talk to her doctor about PCOS now because when I told her about the symptoms, there's quite a bit of them that she's experienced.

I didn't know either so I was so happy that I could do something to tell other people about it who didn't know, even if it was just a few. (:

  12. I just found your blog when searching for Endometriosis nail art - I'm about to do some, and I found your PCOS nails! I actually have both Endo and PCOS - well, probably the former, I'm having surgery to diagnose and remove it asap. Love that your helping teach people about these really painful and annoying problems!
